
There are so many aspects to Cisco that it can be difficult to find at a glance all the information related to APIs and other developer information for currently supported products. To help make this information more accessible, Cisco has re-launched DevNet, also known as the Cisco Developer Network, in 2014. While DevNet existed in a different form, it had previously been renamed the Cisco Solution Partner Program before DevNet’s more recent re-launch. To get an overview of the APIs, SDKs, tools, and code samples available, you can browse these by clicking the various buttons under “Explore: DevNet” to narrow the choices. Then, simply view the various cards that appear underneath. Each card has a “Go” button which links to the relevant resource. Some of DevNet’s new features include information on Cisco’s REST APIs and a sandbox (available 24/7) to help facilitate learning and testing of Cisco technology.
